Is Sailee a good wife or not?

Judging by today's episode and precap, i was very disappointed in her. Her lack of trust was infuriating, its like when Sachin misunderstood her when her sign was on the marriage register for Akash and Riya, Sailee is committing the same mistake. I am very not happy with Sailee, poor from her end again.

You're right. It's not exactly the same situation, but very similar. Sailee should've given Sachin a chance to explain himself before going off on him. It's exactly what Sachin did in his temper and now Sailee is doing the same thing. I wouldn't say she's a bad wife though. They're both flawed characters.
