While sleeping naked can certainly be beneficial for some sleepers, others might find it's more trouble than it's worth. There are better ways to find relief from the heat than ditching your pajamas—and as it turns out, wearing clothes to sleep can improve more than just your temperature.

Some women doubt if it ok to wear a bra on while sleeping . There's nothing wrong with wearing a bra while you sleep if that's what you're comfortable with. Sleeping in a bra will not make your breasts perkier or prevent them from getting saggy. And it will not stop breasts from growing or cause breast cancer.

A good night’s sleep is the foundation of good health - and comfort plays a huge role in it. From the right mattress and pillows to a calm bedtime routine, small changes can improve your sleep quality dramatically. Poor sleep doesn’t just make you tired, it impacts your mood, focus, and even long-term health. So, if you’re not catching your Zzz’s with comfort, it might be time to rethink your sleep setup and give your body the rest it truly deserves.

Your body stays comfortable during sleep by constantly adjusting heat production and heat loss. As you fall asleep, your core temperature drops while your skin warms slightly so heat can escape. Blood flow shifts toward the hands, feet, and face to release excess warmth. Sweating helps cool you if you get too warm, and shivering or pulling in limbs helps conserve heat if you get too cold. Your brain keeps fine tuning these responses through the night to keep you in a safe, comfortable temperature range.
