The answer is NO, Nepotism is only a problem when it happens in National programs. Like a cricketer's son getting to play for the National team while better players wait their turn. Who a private entity hires is nobody's business. If you don't like their product, you can stop buying it.

I would be very shocked if Anushka and Virat’s kids went into acting. Have a feeling Kiara and Sid’s won’t either. And in both cases I feel like the parents will discourage them. Shahid also said in a recent interview that he would discourage his kids from joining films.

Sonam’s son might if he inherits his mom’s delulu attitude.

Akshay’s son is said to be interested in fashion designing only and doesn’t want to act. I believe it. Had he wanted to he would have been lunched or at least overexposed by now.

I think it started with an extremely snobbish and arrogant mentality that the industry belongs to industry people only. It was probably the same attitude that made fun of Kangana and put her down for not speaking English. And then he started doing his friends favors by launching their kids. And now he’s sort of stuck because all his friends have more than one kid. I really do think a part of him is stuck in this vicious cycle of his own creation.

Salman Khan also wanted to do his friends favors by launching their kids. Soraj Pancholi, Zaheer Iqbal, Paranutan, and even Athiya, all of them have one or two parents who have been very close to Salman over the years.

Zoya threw her own reputation and credibility down the crapper with Archie’s by casting her friends’ kids.

So it’s not just KJo. But KJo also goes out of his way to promote them and attack their detractors, directly or indirectly, and when criticized he lashes out publicly. So he’s developed a reputation of being the king of nepotism.

They all say that and then they all grow up and see where the easy money is and want to be actors. Even if you're a flop actor, it doesn't matter. You make a few million from doing a dozen movies like Jahnvi Kapoor and then keep doing Insta dramas and influencer stuff and earn from that too.

Only Akshay's son won't because he's too visibly gay to put himself in the line of fire.
