Neither of the kids was a stillbirth

Both kids were in the ICU after birth and Nurses ka narrative is that the kid passed away in the ICU soon after birth....so doctor will not question that much either if a doctor was even around....lol...bas bol denge soon after birth the condition of this kid worsened so it passed away.

Knowing Leena's general hatred for Jhanak character, it's possible..in fact if she could, she would have made Arshi de facto lead of the show...it's just that characters like Arshi will never be accepted as 'achhi ladki' by audience, that's why she kept Jhanak in the poster and peechhe se Arshi didi ki kabhi na sunne wali ddp ki kahaani dikha rahi hai! 🤧
