I completely agree with this. That's probably one of the reasons I couldn't enjoy Her standing up for Armaan as much. Because While Abhira standing up for people she loves is very good. Armaan Or even Abhir for that matter. I know that she will never extend the same courtesy to herself. Her character has lost that zeal. That self worth. Hence her standing up for others scene rings very hollow to me. Personally

Abhira started as most wholesome human and then was Upmafied. They have completed changed her from what she was . Which is sad

But I do not think her loyalty as such is questioned in the show's narrative. Of course, characters do question it for conflict reasons, but also acknowledge that they were wrong to do so over time.

Abhira stopped caring for herself when she realised she loved Armaan. I once tried to defend against this point, but unfortunately the show's narrative proves this time & again. It's almost like a switch that turned off, where all her self preservation & respect went out the window, when it came to Armaan, his family or her own family (including Ruhi, Abhira & the fossils). Any of them would walk all over her & she wouldn't bat an eyelid. It's sad, but Abhira took on more of Armaan characteristics than Armaan did of Abhira's. While I wished that Abhira stood up for herself more, but even if they give me Armaan doing that, I will still take it.

Episode was absolutely heartbreaking 😥 armaan's lifeless figure, his disbelief broken pleading voice, the shock and devastation He felt upon hearing the truth. Rohit nailed it as always. His emotional collapse, his entire world shattered in an instant was heartwrenching.

I know she is vile, but the fact that she regretted something in this entire fiasco related to Armaan, is a huge thing. I am fully convinced she didn’t tip off Madhav or even do anything close to tipping him off, otherwise she would have proudly exclaimed it now making that seem like a justification for what she did. Madhav and Vidya might have had a terrible marriage, Madhav found Armaan and brought him back with a request to Vidya that she accept him and Kaveri would have just exploited the situation to make their marriage work and would have advised Vidya to accept Armaan to gain Madhav’s love & affection. No wonder she discarded him ever since Rohit was born and took to calling him sautela. For all we know, she regrets not bringing Armaan home earlier cause that would have meant Madhav could be controlled much earlier.

So I watched the episode earlier than usual because i was excited to watch Rohit's performance. On one hand there was Rohit and his bloodshot eyes and on the other hand I don't even know what this woman was trying to do

If anyone who really needed to speak up in this situation along with Armaan it was Madhav ..

abhira played her part as FL by spotting the ashram ladies sneaking away with Shivani in the night

second good part was she told Shivani she and Arman will take her to haridwar giving the whole scene a benefit of doubt

Third part was exposing the ashram ladies by revealing the name of their benefactor .


Some thing which she has been unable to do in her search for the shady guy .. every member of Poddar family was present ..

All the players in the crime were present too

Any word extra she spoke was superficial and not needed in the story ..

rather than her .. Madhav should have been given the centrestage along with Armaan

It is very sad cause one of the traits I loved about Abhira was that she truly loved herself and was a self assured person. But none of this is a surprise, cause you see just about any mainstream sitara FL atm (apart from advocate anjali ig) and its all the same damn template.
