Dibya ji, you are again trying to apply logic .....

Jhanak does not consider herself ex-wife of Ani....she feels she is eternally married to him regardless of social restrictions/constructs , that is why she can't marry anyone else....and this is to portray her as supposedly more loyal and pavitra than "two-timer" Ani who ultimately married Arshi even though he also considers himself mann se married only to Jhanak

Yeh mann se married funda common hai Runak mein and sooner or later Ani ke muh se bhi niklega phir se....and we can all keep asking kaise bhai when Ani is now legally married to Arshi and she's about to pop out her demon baby...but Leena will be like my story, my rules
