They need to address the issue actually. Its workplace harrasment the way Punnu treats her and Ars plots against her. I really hope they don't brush it under the carpet as a joke

ARS is one of a kind and have read about such real life incidents and more cruel. So, this is closer to reality than we can ever be shown

Yes, the whole story was too creepy and she is now living lavishly and a documentary was released on Netflix recently. From what I read she introduced her kids as her siblings.
