I saw some comments that this looks inspired by an old BW film Khoon Bhari Maang starring Rekha. I see some similarities too. If it's really based on that film, I'm going to give this a watch for sure.

I think there might be a plastic surgery plot. They will kill Hira’s character and then she will return with Mehwish’s face for revenge.
