Udit Narayan is a public figure and needs to conduct his behaviour properly. Besides it's not age appropriate behaviour. Even if the fangirl kissed him on his cheeks he could have moved away and told her not too, but definitely not fiercely kissing her on lips. That's inappropriate and wrong.
