Yes, Arshi being brought into the middle of the montage after 200 episodes was the first warning sign.

Imlie ke case mein Malini shuru se montage mein thi so it was not a sudden change.

But yahaan suddenly mid-way point pe PL ko itni propping up, pampering, showing leads becoming her ghulam to this extent....wahin se clear ho gaya where Leena is intending to take this.
