Looks like my prediction might come true. Sadaf hamesha ke liye Bilal ki mohabbat me giraft ho jayegi par Bilal ke kehne par she'll reconcile with Ammar. Bilal mar bhi sakta in sabke beech because of bone marrow complications.

that’s the last scene actually. Ammar suicide attempt after rain scene and he survives in hospital and sadaf proposes bilal in hospital and they unite. Krq Show ends there . Then we get their after marriage scenes which were in promos while playing ost.
