Aur karo corporate bookings and first day paid reviews and agenda driven reviews. KJo and his friends single handedly destroyed the fabric of theatre watching experience.

We have enough OTT waala modern stuff.

Bollywood needs to go back to its roots for cinema medium, should cherish its unique strengths again, hindi heartland based stories, treatment, shudh hindi melodious music and rooted 6-7 complete songs needs to be incorporated in Hindi films again..

westernized honay kay chakkar may, apni khoobsurti aur USP ko khud noch kay phaink deya hai Bollywood nay.

Not o n e production house is reponsible and also not o n e distributor... and it's not only the changing viewer attitude through pandemic, it's also some other things that have a lot to do with 'black' or 'hidden' money (of course not for every movie released since 2022)... and hiked ticket/popcorn prices vis-à-vis what the regular audience can spend...

That’s probably a global trend with the rise of OTT platforms. Hollywood still has its mega-budget films that keep theater audiences hooked, but Bollywood doesn’t have many of those. Honestly, that’s not a bad thing. It’s about time Indian audiences moved past the whole hit/average/blockbuster mindset and started appreciating movies as just movies.

It's Bollywood to be blamed - the stars and the director simply charge exorbitant amounts leading to high budgets. They pay less to the story writers and script writers thereby recycling old content or making thrashy copies of south asian or American movies. At times it's mindless story with no head or tail. Also the producers show skimpily clad heroines gyrating suggestively to vulgar lyrics wich is hurting Indian cultural sensibilities. Also all this cost escalation leads to hike in ticket process and popcorns , samosas , drinks etc. No one would want to spend large amounts of money and not be entertained in the end.

Now a days all bollywood movies look similar, the story is similar, and if not similar it's a remake and in the name of remake also they mess up the story, people prefer to watch good movies not just item numbers. The Bollywood has one single formula

1. Item song for item song lovers 20% audience go for that

2.one villain because it's mandatory 10%

3. One hero one heroine who should good looking so that girls and boys come to see them 50%

4 story does not matter becoz people don't want story very few people try to find story in a movie.

I am one of them I still don't know the story of KGF

OTT now a days is best atleast we get a lot of shows and options
