Vivian ek stand pe firm nahi reh paata. And they are again forcing him towards Avisha I believe he was wrong in that task, he didn’t have to go that aggressive towards Chum, she was getting hurt. And he was right to apologise to her afterwards and give up his ttf, but it’s also true that KV’s gang was continuously guilt tripping him, on the other hand, Avisha were continuously egging him on to remain aggressive, since Chum ke TG banne mei unhe khatra tha and Vivian ke TG banne mei fayeda. Vivian seems like a guy who’s quite easy to manipulate and Avi ye cheez bahot ache se karta hai, Shilpa bhi use gaslight karti hi thi. It’s good that he distanced himself from Shilpa but Avinash ke sath ye cheez wo nahi kar pa raha, karta bhi hai toh makers and host again gaslight him and push him towards them. This feedback is doing more harm to him than good.

Can we admit that Vivian's action shows that he has spineless characteristics?

Would've respected him if he stood to his own guts even if it meant going against BB.
