Honestly even in real life I don't mind shipping a couple like them, coz dono are good people - it's the families that are the issue. And I truly feel that if a couple wants to make the effort, they can some what filter out the toxicity of the family from affecting their relationship. But it definitely takes a whole lot of effort (personal experience without the jail & accident of course)

Matlab is very simple, law is blind for a reason, people who commit crimes are punished for a reason, if you are going to let go of one person because they were your relatives, it'll come back to haunt you

Those who commit crimes should be punished, it was matter of State because the crime was huge but the victim is proven wrong and sympathy is with the culprit, why? Because culprit is a mother

Culprit was a mother back then as well

You don't support a criminal because you love the criminal, that's the matlab
