Akshara was never a good mother to abhira nor abhir. She raised abhira but never told her about past, never tried to give her security of life. She was always amused when abhira made gadbad due to her badbad but never tried to teach her. Abhira does not know how to understand other people's emotions, does not know how to handle relations, only know how to force on others , be it relations or decisions.
Abhir is a classic example of how a mother should not be. I don't ever want this type of fate for my worst enemies. Abhir who was the grandchild of wealthy Birlas was forced to face poverty due to akshara. He was told about the financial struggles to such an extent that he feared to tell her about his own health. As a mother of 6 year old I can't imagine the stress and strain she put abhir into. When he was diagnosed with a heart condition what did akshara do, instead of using the best option in front of her she made sure abhir go through the pain of surgery twice. For what, just because akshara doesn't want abhimanyu to find out about his son. She never cared when abhir was bullied at school. All in all she only cared for her comfort only. And the worst thing is akshara running away without claiming the body of her son. Oh God, Even animals are better than this.
She just used abhir for her revenge against abhimanyu and then discarded him. No wonder she never actually grieved for her dead twin. That unborn twin of abhir is the luckiest of akshara's kids, while abhir unluckiest.
