She had herself said she’ll even play great grandmother in the serial so why’ll she leave.. And if by chance this true then the show is doomed.. Prem and new Rahi can’t sustain this show. Now that we retrospect.

How many actors (other than may be, Rohit Roy) have been able to pull off multiple iconic roles especially in daily soaps?

One iconic character lives on and actors have to wait for the characters to fade out else they only get the same kind of roles.

When and why would Rupali quit the show that made her a household name?

1. If she was contemplating serious public service through the political party she has joined.

2. If she got a meaty offer on say, a role which requires her to be seen less in public to re-mould public memory and image.
