25 years back would be the year 2000.....not ice age....smiley36

Anyways.....a crime is a crime......but if her mother did marry at gunpoint.....then she doesn't have a moral standing to give lectures to anyone....

He was running away on wedding day, imagine love marriage and your bf gets cold feet on wedding day and ruins everything. I think it was a brave move and thr still together.. zabardasti ki shaadi itni dair nahi tik ti. Everything she said to Avinash was on point though, if makers r protecting him doesnt mean others have to as well.

It started because of Dowry cases. Anyone who gets govt job thinks himself like bigshot and demands huge dowry and most are unable to pay. So they do this. It's Called Pakadua Biyah. Recently it's started being annulled and null and void but still marriage don't break daily here. Divorce is still a foreign concept and extreme last option.
