Exactly....Avi tried to talk it out several times....but Kashish refused to talk.....that is why the court was held...How is Avi responsible for anything in this case....he didn't tell ANYONE about the flirting...it was Kashish who told Sara....and Sara brought it up.....ab banda khud ko defend bhi na kare....
