All these heroes should act in movies with out FL s and show if it becomes a hit or not.

In Talash movie, if Rani and Kareena were not there, and only Aamir had acted, it would have been so boring.

Kareena has performed a difficult underwater swimming stunt with ease.

Aamir spent months learning swimming for this and he was scared. I read he took time extra time for this.

Now a days even some South heroes movies are flop except Allu A.

As long as a filmindustry and the respective domestic audience worship the 'heroe-system' with male stars being perceived as the one who brings the audience in, the disparity in payments hardly will change, I think. Aamir belongs to those stars who wasn't/isn't known to give his leading ladies much agency, yet more than once getting overshadowed by the performances of the female stars.
