Exactly this. In my opinion this is exact reason Vivian distanced himself. He realised both KVM, SS and even Arfeen tried to control/suppress him. Constantly lecturing him, critising his action etc. Vivian chose the trio over them because he wanted to be free, even TB joined their group because he felt happier there...

I think it is a way to trigger Avinash, so he can start giving dramatic content for end of the season. Avinash is known to get into action once he thinks he is not ahead in the game. Probably makers want to get most out of him.

I do believe Avinash should be top 3.
