Well he calls out karan and shilpa because they taunt him and continuously spread false narratives against him so the taunting game is mutual. And when avinash spoke to him like that for ration argument, he just expressed his pov like a friend that's it but he also pointed out their behaviour in the similar way. It’s not about getting dominated. Phli baat toh uss din jab Avinash Eisha were questioning him fir bhi wo unhe justifications diye ja ra tha. Why has he never called out Avinash’s snake behaviour? Wo barabar taunts maarta hai KV and Shilpa ko, but Avinash and Eisha ke sath har wakt baitha rhta hai, unhe defend bhi karta hai and unke liye tasks bhi khelta hai. He is looking weak by doing all this, as if he has no spine! Avinash is younger than him by a few years and even less experienced, but looks like Vivian is getting played like a fiddle. May be when he comes out and sees all the clips then he would regret.
