Organic or hype created by PR? Diljit Dosanjh - Page 2

I find concerts to be stupid tbh. I can just listen to the songs at home. Only kpop stars put a lot of effort into it by dancing and actually performing.

In Punjabi space .. I’m glad Yo Yo has staged a fairly decent comeback this year with Millionaire and Payal.

Have attended Shankar Mahadevan’s concert and it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. Not a single dull moment in a 3 hr long event. He knows how to hold his audience. And each n everyone from VVIPs , VIPs, sitting to standing, every single ticket holder was up dancing n grooving.

As for Diljit.. the only song I’ve heard of him was out of compulsion while watching Kalki..the movie. Nothing noteworthy about the movie’s music.

Shankar, Ehsaan, Loy can change ur perception

Happy that you got such a good experience with Shankar's concert

You don't perform at Coachella because of PR. You don't sell a 60K football stadium because of PR. Diljit is the GOAT when it comes to live performances. You have to be there to get the Vibe.

All that said, his music is just average compared to someone like Karan Aujla. PR helps him maintain his social media game & his "Nicest guy ever" Image but when it comes to live, Diljit is the GOAT.

If there is one guy who is a bigger bore than Dosanjh, it is this Mahadevan "maestro". Lots of technical expertise, but not very soothing
