Nah. I’m sure KJo was invited as I’m sure everyone else in the industry was invited too. For whatever reason a lot of people didn’t show up. To be fair, media and the papz didn’t show every single person on the red carpet either such as Jeetendra, Padmini, Prem Chopra were all there. Maybe a few more people that we missed. But overall more people showed up at Aneese Baazmi’s party or Arpita Khan’s store launch than this event hosted by Ranbir and Alia.

Senior Bachchans skipping this was a big shocker. Maybe Big B is still mad about whatever pissed him off about Brahmastra 🤷🏽‍♀️. Nobody from Feroz/Sanjay Khan’s families. No one from the three big Khan families. None of the Deols. None of the Dutts. None of the Mukerjees. No Zeenat Aman, Waheeda Rehman, Asha Parekh or anyone else from their generations. This event was a bust. I wonder if more people would have shown up if it had actually been hosted by Randhir and Reema. Sunny Deol hosted a Gadar2 success party last year and that one had a much bigger turn out than this.

Anil Kapoor, Bobby Deol and Tripti skipped and attended Bazmees/ Arpita's event the very next day.😯

Public demand..wow! This is Raj kapoor’s legacy. Whatever our views maybe about him as a person, there’s no denying that he was a good actor and film maker. He was a pioneer in making Hindi movies popular outside India. No one is unaware of his popularity in the Soviet countries. Till date people associate his name with India and sing his songs.
Raj kapoor, the film maker deserves the respect he is getting.
