Sonakshi might not have seen Ramayan by Ramanand Sagar. She was a baby then. While grewing up she might not have heard Rama stories from her elders at home or else. Many kids, teens and people in 20s, 30s or throughout their life are not that religious even if there exists names like Luv, Kush, Shatrughan among the family members. If Shatrughan's house name is Ramayan, that doesn't mean his kids should know everything about Ramayan. I got to know about Ramayan and Rama stories in 2021 when I saw it on the youtube.

Thats exactly what Mukesh Khanna said. He didn’t say anything about Sonakshi. He said parents didn’t teach. And no one would be so bothered if Shatruji hadn’t actually mentioned about this Ramayan connection n number of times.

And the interviewer mentioned Sonakshi. He didnt name her at that instance. He was just giving a reference. Problem isn’t with what he said or why he said..problem is with the way this stuff is reported.

He was after Ranveer Singh and when he completely ignore him, he went after Sonakshi upbringing because he knew she will respond. This guy is too shrewd and screams for attention.
