LOL yeh toh Leena kabhi nahin dene waali....best to adjust your own expectations about the intent of these kind of vague dialogues and try to look at the bigger picture

Aaj bhi if you notice, at the very start of the scene, Ani clearly said ki whatever he said downstairs was the truth....uske baad it was Arshi who was relentlessly putting words in his mouth to paint him a villain and herself some innocent lamb who got duped by him....Ani ka entire demeanor was just about trying to show consideration on a humane level....but Arshi was twisting everything to try to paint him as some two-timer who still wants to keep her in his life while running after Jhanak.

I think audience is also tired of this over-use of Jhanak running away every 3 weeks.....thoda time toh usko ek location pe rakho with some kind of valid rishta before parceling her off to next big udaan....and uske liye yes, they need to show Runak getting married dhang se ek baar toh before declaring their rishta as failure/impossible.

Shaadi ho gayi to failure and all will be temporary...like other shows ..

And Ani ne yeh itna crystal clear tareeke se bol bhi diya sabke saamne how he is immediately restless when Jhanak is not near him and he only finds his sukoon once he's brought her near him and is able to take care of her.

In emotions ko log twist karke koi bhi label de dein but Ani going to talk to Arshi later when she's packing won't change this unvarnished truth he already told to everyone about his helpless and all consuming love for Jhanak. And he said the same to Arshi too even though she was again trying to twist and claim he is trying to keep her in his life simultaneously alongside J.

Yup, I have been noticing it for a while now...

Ye toh Ani ko ek celebrity ko online trollers use krne jaise use kar rahe he...

Creating their own scenarios and twisting his words to justify their actions by putting blame on him...

All the BH log even the good ones, even jhanak and sabse jyada Arshi karti he Ani ke saath aisa...

Leena ka dimag bohot ghatiya aur khatarnak he...

And also this is what pushes Ani to do the extreme too when Leena decides it's needed...

Because noone trusts him and he needs to do everything by himself he crosses all limits...

Absolute truth! And yes jitna bhi twist karna he karo, jitne bhi koshish karo Ani ko aur uski feelings ko invalidate karne ki...

But kabhi na kabhi toh sab logon ko sach ko dekhna he aur accept bhi karna he...

Hopefully wo din jald hi ayega...

This. So true....Ani bahut der tak koshish karta hai sab ko reasonably and logically samjhaane ki, sabko saath lekar chalne ki.....but literally ZERO support milta hai from anyone including Jhanak.

They all take turns berating him ki tum jo bhi sochte ho, jo bhi karte ho sab galat and bas hum log hi sahi

This is why Ani inevitably gets driven to using extreme measures...he is always backed into a corner and has to look for shortcuts when people don't support him in using seedha saccha raasta.

Ani had some awesome lines in this entire scene of declaring his love for Jhanak and proposing shaadi to her...toh those deserve to be highlighted too rather than everyone jumping over him trying to give explanations to Arshi in the second half of the epi

Yeh bahut badi baat boli Ani ne sabke saamne that Arshi never gave any love to him, always tried to haasil karo and control him....but conveniently show ke narrative mein this gets glossed over quickly for expediency to jump to Didi victimization.

Yeh log sach accept karein ya na karein, I just want Ani ke savage truth bombs to continue slipping through even in scenes where they try to mute him.

Like today the way he told Bipasha, "Mujhe AAPSE character certificate ki zaroorat nahin hai".....would love to see more of this where he tells off all these criminal losers who try to pass judgement on his character. Khud ka character nahin dikhta inhein.
