Then when Ruhi came out of coma, Armaan asked to tell the truth but Rohit stopped him. Then when Rohit wanted the kid back and started blackmailing Armaan, he asked for some time because it’s a big thing no one can just disclose this news as if it’s nothing and he was preparing to tell her but then again Rohit didn’t want him back. The father itself was treating his baby as a toy to koi or kya karey?

Oh yeah Abhira found out at the temple and should process it right away right? As a society we’re so fast in calling people criminals but don’t have the heart to give her a few days to process the truth. Within minutes she found out that her own baby was dead, and the baby she was mothering is not her own. She fainted right after, was not in her senses, and took the baby thinking it’s hers and people are taking away the baby from her. Ruhi ko greiving ke liye months dein, but Abhira ko aik din bhi nahi? Ruhi saw Daksh falling a month into her grieving and couldn’t comprehend on how to save him and was deemed as a grieving mother but the same doesn’t apply to Abhira? The baby got kidnapped in Abhira’s presence and who was blamed? Abhira was buy why wasn’t Ruhi blamed and schooled on motherhood when the baby was kidnapped from her room? I can literally go on and on with this lol.

And lol Ruhi ke karnaamo ki list bohut lambi hai, I’m sure if she took the kid for a day yahan pe koi react bhi na karta because that doesn’t even come close to what she’s done in the past.

Bold 1 : Give the child to its mother obviously and let the couple decide what they want to do with this equation where father is not ready for his responsibility. And it is well established fact that Rohit even being a father didnt have a right to give up his child, no one is letting the father escape his liability in this whole fiasco as well. So if Armaan didnt do the right thing and happily participated in this crime why would people not held him liable for his part.

Bold 2: No she didnt think baby was her, if she did she would have contacted the police saying these people took away my child and arent letting me keep my baby. She knew baby wasnt her thats why she came hiding herself and kidnapped him. Being a lawyer that too one of the best lawyer, i would expect her to actually take legal steps rather then being criminal herself.

When i said that criminals arent prosecuted in the series i also meant Ruhi, in her accident case just because she get to settle the case outside would it mean that accident never happened. And she didnt commit that accident.

Sanjay bribed a judge but somehow no criminal proceeding against him, does it means he was also innocent.

And Abheera also when she understood it's not her baby then she also returned the baby. Doesn't matter she kidnapped him from house and planned to take him away to another city.

Now end result is baby is back to parents now who cares beech m kya hua.

Woh leads h toh don't think they could be kidnappers or criminals or liable for anything.

Bahut saste m bach gya Arman abhira. They deserve more specially Arman. Aur rohit ka number bahut jaldi samne aayega aur phir usko milega parsadam

Prosecutors would know that all that doesn't mean the crime wasn't committed, according to you everyone is innocent from Gen 1 to Gen 4 because apart from Akshara none was actually proven guilty in court

This gives clean chit to Ruhi too for everything because none filed any charges and if charges were filed, it was settled out of court

No, we don't take this seriously. You came and told us that prosecutors try hard to prove something in court, I was telling you that prosecutors have to try hard because they don't have HD footage like we do, if they did. We wouldn't need courts

The premise of trial is finding out what happened and punishing criminals, prosecutors work hard to provide evidence and argument

For TV shows, we are not going to nearest high court to ask the judge whether it was a crime or not, then we'll hire lawyers who would argue the case and then judge can deliver verdict. None does that, I am sure prosecutors don't insist on taking up cases of dramas

Bottom-line - It was never that serious
