This show was a guilty pleasure.. We all knew it wasn't the best writing nor the best love story but it was fun.. Like those gul khan shows of 2000s where you are addicted bec the lead is hottttt and the chemistry insane
But it's not the 2000s...our sensibilities have changed
... The last two episodes have left such a bad taste.. The ML manhandling the FL is so so so unappealing as a viewer... Mera honestly mann utar gaya hai show se.. I'll watch it to see mehru humble shahnawaz... But i don't want them to end up together..
What is this shittt? Dragging her around.. Locking her up.. In the next episode he apparently makes her get out of the car and leaves her alone on the road.. And don't even get me started on the amaal nonsense..
Remember when we all saw ASR do that and called it romantic cause we were batsh*t crazy at that time... even SSO manhandled the f outta anika ...
Since I grew up watching those Hindi serials, it takes extreme level of illogical storyline or toxicity to turn me away from a drama 
. Forget itv, if we compare to some stuff shown on ptv itself, shanno pushing mehru to the bed feels so mild. The mind is like 'arre yeh toh kuch bhi nahi' 
. I don't take these type of dramas that seriously and watches them as long as they hold my interest. So all these push and pull don't really bothers me.

It's a typical drama. Don't expect empowering things from it or even logic or proper flow of storyline .
haha i kinda agree with you man we watched asr leaving her on road alone .. leaving her on a falling building and what not it was so toxic oh my God .. the way sso married anika was so inhuman and the greatest of them all madhubala lol rk was next level compared to that pushing someone on the bed is nothing ... but Now my standards are high af after seeing salar sikandar , farjad khan bahadur, Shehroz, adam sultan, Murtisim (forget that episode) shahmeer, mustafa dr nofil and asfandyar ,altamash,hamza and many more.. they all are amazing.
