Yeah. She even got to play lead role in Bashar Momin which was highest budget drama of Geo of that time.

Sajal was 17-18 at that time and ushna said she did her first drama with sajal. So that might have been ushna's first ever drama. Sajal had hits before yks and orangreza. Her drama with sheheryar was a big hit and even had more ratings than Humsafar. I think that was also in 2013-14. Then gohar e nayab, gul e rana, nanhi etc were also big hits and she was the lead but like saba, she also got the much deserved appreciation in her country only after doing a bwood movie and she was lucky it was followed by yks and orangreza . Saba and sajal are literally the only two pak actors who got meaty roles in bwood movies and both their movies did really well. Mawra also got a lead role but her character and her acting were annoying.

Yeah. First drama that too lead role where sajal role most like is less impactful one. Yeah I know that sherry one was hit. But she wasnt appreciated for a long time. Even now I don't think she has pretty big influence otherwise Saboor would be doing lead roles.

Btwn I notice most new actors first lead roles are with Danish 😂😂

Don't know if her lose was less impactful or not. Don't know anything about that drama. But she played negative role in sannata and was equally important as saba. I guess that was also during the same time period.

Sajal and Danish did 3-4 projects together . Danish is the lucky charm for his leading ladies.

I don't know. Guessing because she is second lead being but Sajal is so good that even if she will get few minutes role people will notice her.

Can't say he is lucky charm for everyone though because no one talks about this show 😂😂 and Ushna got more popular with Bashar Momin.

Aangan is mostly talked about because of sajal and that drama had a lot of popular actors on it. That itself says it all.

Nope. I have only heard about it and I hear it mostly because of sajal as chammi . Heard it's on Dailymotion. I read the synopsis on wiki.

Sajal is literally the only good thing about that show. I can understand why she stole that show even with minimal screentime. It was a two generation drama based on partition and was kind of slow paced and you will find many characters annoying including Jameel bhai.
