Bharat got actually a scene after he returns from Chitrakoot.Otherwise it was the scene when they deliberately inserted him to scold kaikeyi when the couple returns to Ayoddhya.Though I felt this scene was unnecessary and used only as a filler since Bharat is the Yuvaraj and ideally he must go before Shree Ram to fight the twins, it's still much better than the antics of sahastra Ravan .
