No, they already break up. Right now he is angry because she returned back to him after realising Akash is a red flag.

Yash is all attention when it comes to Arti. The concern for her well being is always there. He is even willing to deliver her lunch.

Ishita has lost Yash and she wants him back. He is not interested though.
