I have been thinking. How about Mehru continues doing her social work and stuff and the general public loves her so much that the party offers her the seat instead of Saman Shah because she has a better chance of winning the seat?

Won't that be a great revenge, the thing Saman Shah and Shahno cares for much as Zain gets taken right under their nose by our Mehru. And she will actually work for the people.

That's why I want Mehru to actually fall in romantic kind of love with a hotshot lawyer who is smart and upright and can win the case...and ask Shanno for divorce because she wants to be with her lover...and Shanno sees he's the kind of man he pretended to be to get Mehru...

The writers need to make it happen...I can't see Mehru looking lost in that big house while he's frolicking with Amal somewhere

It's just attraction it'll surpass. And who said I want her to get together with the hotshot lawyer(let him be Shehzad Sheikh, he's not so overpowering)...I want shanno to suffer from heartbreak for a prolonged period and be racked with shame and guilt longing for her while watching her be in love with someone else for a while(of course he'll never leave her) and Shehzad Sheikh's character can die in a car crash(100% accident). Mehru can blame Shanno and destroy him...and Shanno will now happily be destroyed because it's redemption time and in the end this misunderstanding clears. Mehru feels guilty and touched that Shanno was willingly destroying himself and now he's a better man and they live happily ever after..

Also Saman Shah is behind Shehzad Sheikh's car crash because she wanted to save her family's reputation and Shanno gets her arrested and that's how Mehru finally believes that he's become a better human being
