Dont even let me start on it.. So so disappointing. If a mother is mentally and physically fit to do work, NOT neglecting the child, then forcing her to stay home is ALSO against women's progress.
Armaan's dialogue "papa is not not lucky to stay home like mama" is a so inappropriate, Dude did you ask her if she is feeling lucky?
I will fight for a woman's right to maternity leave when she really wants it and needs it, and I am sure it is neccessary in many situations, but please DO NOT force it on her.
Here it is not even that. She can't leave for 2 freaking hours, and the whole forum is blaming her for making the whole ME TOO movement wrong?? WTF?
Thanks for reading my story on the other thread. I am putting myself in her shoes right now and thinking if my husband had told me what Armaan and others are telling her how, I. I did everything so my baby was safe and didn't have to compromise on even an ounce of breast milk. I went out for important work, which I thought was really important at that particular time, and how disheartening and sad it would be for me if my husband said you should not do it.
