scope of a great story being messed up

I have watched very selected shows on ITV and that too for stories and good acting. I do like a few actors for their acting and dressing (best one is Shagun from YHM) BUT dont have any favorites. And for this reason, I have never completed any show until the end. Always end up leaving in a year or so before the drag fest starts.

Coming to this show: In the times of blatant copy and paste, these guys have a great storyline that attracts the viewers as well. Considering its 2024 where people expect good drama and not the irrational OTT drama they could very well keep it real. I feel like they have a great story.

Akshara did a mistake here of accepting the blame and leaving Ruhi behind taking along her only parent figure left in this world. (In real life, same could have been done in the police station just to close the case like Manish did anyways. But the elders would all know the truth and all Ruhi needed to know is that her mom died in the accident).

But anyways,this was done to start the base of gen 4. All good, Ruhi can hate Abhira for her mom, for Armaan and now Ruhi can be jealous with what is happening at the moment, but they did not have to make her totally vile. I dont think that was required. She can be a regular human being with all emotions (not everyone is extra mahan to walk away so your ex can marry his love types). Rohit had his reasons to give the baby away, when the truth is out, there is already enough base for a real drama. Ruhi can be heartless and take her baby away. For all that she did not have to be shown hating the chile like she is doing now.

Like Manisha character. I am sure the actor wanted a storyline so they had to create this drama for her. But she is still sane.

Abhir and Abhira can hate Goenkas for their mom not being supported.

Then they have all the cousins and their stories.

I feel they have something really good here and if they keep it real they have great drama

I think the worst was abhira and ruhi fighting for arman..like..the guy is soooo bloody useless.

But the way Ruhi is behaving with the baby is so extra. Her trying to win Armaan can also be forgiven, some people take longer to move on. Wedding day incident was a bit too much especially her not being fair to Rohit. All that aside.. the way she is treating the baby (she doesnt even know the truth). How can that be white washed? Arohi had changed but it was easy to forgive her because she hadnt commited any such things.

I am just thinking about Pakhi of GHKKPM, the way she became a surrogate and attacked Sai, and then snatched the kid and became the reason of Sai leaving and all the further mess. No matter what they did to show her as a good person, audience never accepted her nad it was a mess.

Arohi was forgiven and her character was liked a lot towards the end.

Hhmm but she will move on as if nothing happened..if Kaveri & vidya can , why not ruhi ..each char acts crazy as per the track ..

I don't Blame ruhi as much .somebody who's hurting so much can't be good to others ..Jo dukhi hai woh kaise kisi ko khushi dega? Abhiman must have kept distance but they want to be mahan. They've tasted the bitter medicine ..aise vaise they wouldn't back off also ..if she's shown to be loving to the baby, junta will hate abhiman

And that is exactly my problem. As a viewer I do find abhiman being extra mahan and I would be on Ruhi's side if she wasnt insulting the child left and right. "no thanks, take your kid away" or even shut the doors on their face when they are too much in her business while she is mourning. Many here were sympathizing with her but the writers dont want that.

Thats what I am saying, I dont want to see a fairy tale with an angel and a witch. Show reality. Abhira is mahan and her heart is definitely at the right place. She means well but Ruhi does not care and thats ok too, thats her personality. Both can be right with different personalities.

Yeah I too liked Aarohis but Roohi is vile. No justifications can be given for her behavior. She is a vamp who instead of having husband wanted jeth to marry her. Hates small baby. Aarohi never hated Abhir.

I really din't understand the purpose of this track. If they wanted to get sympathy to Ruhi, she should have been shown to be behaving better with the baby or just stay away completely. Instead they are showing her behaving vile towards an innocent infant (be it anyone's child). They have already damaged Armaan, Rohit's arcs with this track and now Ruhi is also not shown any better so what is the actual point of this whole mess?
