Abhira panicking and being worried for Ruhi makes full sense even if you leave out the sister factor. From a pregnant woman’s perspective, Abhira is feeling twice the emotions in comparison to others. She undergoing immense stress bc of this incident is normal, especially if something happens to the baby. This was the exact same reason why Goenkas and Singhanias kept Keerti’s accident a secret from Naira for as long as they could.

Abhira's reactions made 💯 sense and people blaming her for being human are as stupid as the ones faulting Armaan for choosing to save his wife in a life threatening situation
