I feel Abhira's health may worsen due to stress after hearing about Ruhi's accident. Everyone will be worried about Ruhi and not pay her much attention. She herself had told Armaan to go after Ruhi, so he may also not be beside her and notice her deteriorating health pretty late.

Well, in that case I hope Abhira calls Ruhi, mere bachche ki khooni and shoves her around. Kyunki stress toh usine diya jiske vajah se bachcha kho diya isne.

Yup, I had the exact same feeling. Honestly I know I sound sadist, but I would rather both kids die, rather than have one live & the other not survive. Coz whoever's survives will always have a guilt and a bad feeling (even Ruhi) that the other's child did not survive.

Also I don't want a gen 2 repeat for either of the couples

And if Abhira one does survive and Ruhi will try to harm it

I didn't heard in bts Ab telling Ar this so maybe it will play differently as Ar is not a vaada boy.
