The baby games in godh bharai & keerti had an accident with naira panicking for her ..

Everything exactly is being repeated here , so why can't ruhi's baby survive instead of abhiRa....as anyway abhira has taken a promise from arman to save ruhi & her baby

So according to SBS both of them will have a miscarriage - ab yeh kitna sach hai, woh toh dekhna padega - let's see

I think she asked him to do whatever he could to save them both and help Rohit who had already gone to Ruhi by then. We dont know the exact dialogues tho.

SBS is not 100% reliable, their updates are slightly different from actual episodes sometimes
