So who is winning best actress this year?

This year crashed in terms of threatrical leading female actresses worthy of winning an award

No threatrical releases has even a single candidate thus far to even be considered to winning an award let alone winning..all consolation prices if be the case

Jigra emerged a massive disaster and Alia Bhatt failed to perform well

TBM was seen by 50 people inc kareena and ekta's family members..Kareena's performance was good but nothing award winning

What else..doubt anyone..and we have 2 months till this year ends

In such a poor year of performances from leading females..it be nothing but a crime to award anyone as consolation when you have the best performance of the year so far by a huge margin..kriti sanon in do patti..

She is brilliant and deserves every possible award in the country

I know she won't be nominated coz this is not a threatrical but she has to win all the OTT awards for sure. She has evolved into such a fine actor

Speaking of awards..who would seriously win best actress this year..like i tell you..there are literally no candidates and the year ends in 2 months..thoughts?

Shraddha for Stree .She was decent and the film is massive hit..

Do Patti is OTT so it will only qualify for the OTT Filmfare Awards. Her biggest competition there will be Parineeti for Chamkila. I can see it going either way.

At the regular Filmfare, I think Kriti is a shoe-in for TBMAUJ. I've actually been saying this from when it first was released, but people didn't believe me then that Kriti could possibly win a 2nd Filmfare. I think it's hers for the win.

As for nominations, I think Deepika will get a nomination for Fighter. Vidya for Do Aur Do Pyaar. Maybe Vidya and/or Madhuri for BB3, depending on who has the leading female role that Tabu had in BB2. I also think Shraddha will get a nomination for Stree 2.

Parineeti was good in Chamkila but kriti in Do Patti is easily the best performance of the year for me. She has to win all OTT awards. She was so so good.

Yami Gautam - Article 370 was a hit film. Pratibha Ranta for Lapata Ladies. Jyotika for Shaitaan. Debutant Janki was equally good.
