who will take revenge ?

hey guys now how can kusum will take revenge to abhinav ? she was going to punish him but kusum has few days left in her life. becoz of abhinav kusum is at this stage. abhinav should get punish. anyone has a clue ?

she has a heart problem . one of her heart valve is closed in simple terms so heart attack is at high risk. .

well as per abhinav maybe at her death kumud finds everything and then she takes revenge from abhinav.
