SMD is a copy of Banno. I think she is playing a negative character just like Ramsha of Banno(who also wears western clothes in the drama)

Yep Hira said her character is not negative. I think writer will make it positive just like he did in his last show

Na Mifra was your standard villain in the beginning before she did a bizarre 180 degrees in the second half lol. So far Hira’s character hasn’t done anything outright villainous in SMD.

However in this love triangle with Mehwish and Ahsan I’m pretty sure villain hi hogi. Or maybe not. The title is confusing me. Perhaps main heroine is Dayan ? Sounds like an antagonist pe based story from the title

Mehwish is playing positive role it is Hira who's playing negetive role as hira is typecasted as villain
