And apparently Ab is not telling him because he broke her trust and she is finding it difficult to trust him again. And she is afraid that tomorrow if there is any complication that happen and lose the baby, Ar and family will blame her and hence she is delaying.

Ab has reiterated n times already that she is not telling because she knows Ar will prioritise her.. Vho chodke saara reasons discuss hota hai to bash Ar..
