Their marriage is marriage of convenience. He gets bollywood contacts through Salman, and Arpita gets her prince husband.

As for the house, i doubt Salman gifted that.. Ayush does come from a rich family so probably through that.

Any how, its a gorgeous house which is also decorated very beautifully. Not over the top crowded house, one of the few well decorated houses in Bollywood.

He comes from an old money, it seems..

But with no significant body of work and/or steady income or cash flow thereof, how is he sustaining himself and his family, that too, in an expensive city like Mumbai ??

He must have made some lucrative investments that is fetching him a steady and significant amount of dividends/interest/proceeds..

It is a marriage of convenience as someone wrote. He could have married any goodlooking girl from a rich political family. He is decent looking with generational wealth. He needed Salman's leverage for his Bolly dreams. So married Arpita.

He might have thought he has great potential to be a successful actor. Rich political families like his are there in many states . His is still mid level I would say. Chirag Paswan, Arunonday Singh failed to get credible big debuts yet they belonged to more influential and richer pol families than Ayush's. Salman backing in Bollywood is big. Back to topic, he needed Bhai to launch him in films , property he can buy with his papa, dada ka paisa.
