Hypocrisy of Poddar ladies

This is my first attempt to start a new discussion thread. So please pardon me, if something goes wrong. I have been following this show for sometime now. I just want to say the hypocrisy of the ladies aka bahus of the poddars. Like, in yesterday's episode, Manisha says to Vidhya - itne saalo se to masa ne kajal didi ko ignore kiya.. ab abhira ki vajah se aaj kajal didi jyada achhi lg rahi hain.

It shows the hypocrisy right, like you never felt bad Kajal before when she was ignored for years repeatedly.. and one time, the same happens to you, you turn into negative.

The same case for Rohit also. When he got the cabin from Arman, nobody had the courage to say anything against dadisa. Because they were not facing that type of treatment.

I don't know why, writers are not showing it properly, they can give good scene over this.
