It was a good episode today, and yes, Shah should have gotten two tight slaps, too. Anmol has been doing really well in the last few episodes. Her grief and anger are very palpable.

Saman Shaw acknowledges that Mehru is very smart.

The precap scene happens. Mahru and Saman Shah have a public showdown. Mahru is taken away by the guards. Shaw walks out angrily (taking off his jacket). Someone makes a video of the scene and it goes viral on social media. Saman Shah goes to Mehru's house bearing gifts and trying to sympathise with the family(and subtly trying to but Mehru brushes it off adamant for getting justice. Saman Shah is ranting about Mehru(and praising her at the same time) and Shaw is all ears(especially when he hears her name). Shaw wants to spearhead this case and teach that girl a lesson. Saman Shah has warned Shaw to leave this matter to her(which he doesn't)

Mahru's family is completely in awe of Saman Shah. Except Mahru, nobody is angry or interested in getting justice. They're all too grief-struck and scared of messing with powerful people since it's a house filled with girls. Amal is angry that Shaw is responding to her calls

Precap: Shaw meets Mehru in her office trying to get her off the case. Mehru is sticking to her guns. Saman Shah is working her mother up.

Frankly a gentle push from the Shahs Mehrunnissa's family will roll over. I think Mehrunnissa will be forced to back down after her mother's health worsens(as shown in the OST).

I just saw the behind-the-scenes footage for the rain sequence on Twitter. So this is definitely post-their-nikkah and looks like a whole truckload of angst.

There are scenes in the ost were mehru seems a little calm with shahnawaz. In one scene he is offering her tea and she seems to be sitting at his house and he also seems to be acting nice towards her. Then there is a scene of him bringing flowers to her and looks mesmerized with her. I don't know how these two will end up like that after his brother killing her brother.

The only way mehru will show any sort of softness towards him is if the brother gets locked up. I think she will force the mother to put the younger son in jail to get party ticket. There are scenes of mehru doing a press conference and video live and both the mother son duo will act like they put the younger bro in jail on their own because they are not biased and believe in justice to gain public favour and sympathy. Somehow they will make mehru believe it as well. Then shahnawaz will trick her to marry him. Maybe by buttering to her mother or creating a situation where she had to get married to him but makes himself look like a good guy and after marriage he will show his true colours. I hope mehru don't marry him out of love and it's some majboori and she isnt in love with him.

Bas subah se raat tak inse Ghar ka kaam karalo and that's it.... They shouldn't show a parent as that unbothered and only worried about keeping peace...

Does mehru's mom have any other contribution to the story except shushing her children.

She is literally useless. How did mehru ended up being so headstrong after being brought up by this spinless woman

Also she looks way too young to be the mother of three grown up kids.

Seems like he likes to squeeze her hands. Did that in the other scene of them in white dress.

I also think this is how its going to happen because one Saman Shaw is freaking bothered only about the elections, so she is going to be okay with sending Zain to prison until the elections are over, and then bring him post that.

I too don't want Mehru to fall for Shahnawaz, I rather it be a forced marriage than her falling for him.

But yeah the scenes where she seems very cordial with him is what I don't understand either and that could only happen if Zain goes to prison.

Do you think Shaw will send his brother to prison(albeit for a few days) just to win over Mehru? Make it seem like its for the elections but his real motive is getting an entry into Mehru's life.

Even so I don't want Mehru to actually fall for him. Let her focus on living her best life...maybe even prepare for her wedding to Rafay...Shaw can help her with that...her family is useless anyway

I really wanna see how he gets Amal off his back. That will be a tough one. She gives psycho vibes.
