Bharti Airtel to buy Tata Play

What will happen to Tata play subscribers remain to be seen. TP has patent for maximum recording of live programs on TV channels. So does it mean Tatas are exiting entertainment business ?

Hmmm...another sector where we could potentially end up with a duopoly should this sale go through.

Not sure how good that will be from a consumer POV.....
