No, I think it's more likely that Ani is briefly brought to the shoot location when he first collapses and that's how Jhanak finds out that he is unwell....then Jhanak and Choton will rush Ani to the hospital and AK will likely tag along too .....bit by bit the rest of the evil gang will also show up once Choton informs them

Hospital location and resort location are different....I feel Ani will be taken from one location to the other
