Jackie shroff himself was a flop actor..his solo movies made producers and his ownself bankrupt..very few of his movies did well and those were also where there was another lead actor involved

But he did play different characters not doing same circus in every movie

Flop Or hit is another matter

Not sure why I always thought he would be the next big thing - I don't like him much but my nephews (6 and 9) were crazy about him at one point. Maybe he can revive his career if he actually learns to act and tries to pick roles beyond kicking and punching goons in style.

How are these actors so removed from reality - he is a fool if he is losing movies due to high fees and entourage

Except for his first movie where he looks different because of the hair I can't tell his movies apart.

But his movie with Akshay wasn't a success with the audience...

I think that he really likes to do action, but often, something is off when not doing stunts and dance. With war, Siddhart was very good in showcasing an interest 'chemistry' between the two main characters... (Fighter didn't have that, e.g.)
