Well I was being sardonic as well but okay

Online there are lots of rumors that Akshay's son, Aarav, is queer (likely bisexual rather than just gay). That Akshay knows this and doesn't have a problem with it but he knows that the right-wing parts of India that he caters to as their national hero won't accept this so that's why he's shifted his son to the UK. So he can't be used against Akshay's image. In that case I at least commend Kangana that she hasn't brought his son's sexuality into the picture. She loves to strike low normally but I guess Akshay being similarly politically aligned to her means she wouldn't come after him.
