I see that this is a show that has been copied from another show from the south, that is currently been shown but dubbed in hindi.

The same doctor with a jealous sister, wicked stepmother etc. Doctor marries the dark skinned sister but cannot have children after a accident but tells her father who keeps quite etc but she falls pregnant and he suspects its someone's baby etc.

If this serial is going that way than it's better to stop watching as it's crap.
