I was quite surprised seeing the YT comments shipping TSJ and XY I binge watched after S2 and avoided spoilers for the ending. Kinda knew XL was gonna die so I was just admiring TJC's acting. But with CX it was different.

Censorship has a huge effect on live adaptation. Main leads especially male leads have to go through a full whitewash makeover. I could understand Duan Jiaxu's(Hidden Love) whitewash to a little extent but in costume dramas especially when the male lead is a general/emperor I don't think that much whitewashing is needed.

I was halfway through S1 when I found out it was based on a novel. Could have given it a try but I think only MTL will be available. Now that I've watched the drama I won't even go near the novel

Be sure to check out Zhang Wanyi's new drama which aired August 12. I just watched the first episode. I like it for far.

Finished watching Lovely Runner. A different show indeed. Not a typical time travel drama but the actors are way too cute and fit their roles perfectly. Good watch.

I guess she don't know, what was she doing in the first episode But later on, I could go with the flow. She has acted mostly too childish or too emotional in the show but it was manageable

Na it's on viki . It's reallyyy really good ..she's the best fl I've seen ..ever n the best Cinderella story too... It's better than snowstorm of love..it has the humor element which is missing in all these shows I've seen..plus , you don't wanna ff even the supporting chars..

I can't recall which show was it which had 3 love stories & all were nicely done..must be a cdrama only coz this kind of set up is seen only in cdramas..I think..use for my talent ..but this one is far better than that ..
