She's impulsive and flawed but thats what makes her so lovable. She's got a clear arc, she's got clear reasons for why she does what she does. To me she's the most likeable character on the show and she is the main reason i watch. I like Armaan too but Abhira is numero uno for me. Because Sam has played her with the right mix of emotions where I really feel connected to her emotionally. I'm invested in her journey. And she's the reason I kept watching.

in my mind shes definitely not irritating , nuisance , obnoxious, stupid, various other extremely harsh and cruel adjectives that some people use for her. Ofc people are entitled to feel the way they want to but imo if they find the FL to be so unlikeable then theres no point watching a story where she is the protagonist. This is her story. Its an FL centric show.

I generally asked question about dislike for Abhira in this forum because The dislike for the female lead is more than male lead, when both are equally flawed characters, infact Armaan is more. His confusion about his feelings for ruhi & stringing her along at some points, have been one of the biggest issues. But i don't see Armaan being disliked like Abhira.

Abhira believes she can’t be wrong ever so she is not learning anything from her experience , not working on her flaws and not at all growing with time. There are soooo many instances where Armaan was saying correct things but abhira dismissed him like anything and till date she has no realisation about those things that it was not Armaan, but she was wrong in many incidents.

So ofcourse Armaan is more likeable than abhira.

I dont dislike Abhira. Infact she is one among my list of few watchable ITV FLs.Yes she does annoys me at times for pouring love to that unworthy Kaveri Poddar and also for her impulsiveness.. But its fine. She is a very good hearted human being and she deserves to be happy.

Really don’t understand why we have an issue with people being neutral? We can’t even call out Abhira’s mistakes now?

Baaki it seems many prior gen viewers hate her simply coz she is Abhinav-Aksharas offspring. So there is transferrence of hate for those characters onto Abhira now.

I thought people dislike her for being impulsive, not for being Abhinav's daughter. But i don't know, I am new here.

She is so endearing. How can anyone hate such a loveable child.

I love both of them, but I agree that Armaan is working on himself and his character growth is more than Abhira.

She has worked on herself too. Armaans flaws were so major that it seems he has done more. It was his indecisiveness that created most of the mess so his growth is more palpable and obvious. But Abhira has also shown maturity many times . She is also very forgiving despite being very perceptive. She is trying hard to fit in but its hard when theres a history established and the person is someone like Kaveri who is so egotistical . She never hesitates to say sorry for her mistakes. She is definitely not an egotistical personality. Infact she's doing many things now which she would have seen as a blow on her self respect and ideals, but now she happily and willfully compromises because pyaar mein karna padta hai.

Phir bhi people have an issue with it. If I can call out Armaan and Roohi then I will call out Abhira when needed as well.
